We have been with Play Haven for 2.5 years.
Our experience has been nothing but positive. They have been excellent with communication throughout the day. Whether it’s just sending us picture of our 2 kids, or providing a detailed notice if our kid tripped and bumped their head.
Most importantly we have always felt that our children are loved and cared for.

I have been an employee of Play Haven for over 6 years. I have had the pleasure of working at all 3 locations. The Sun Prairie location is one of the best places I have worked. It is so rewarding watching children grow up and all of their milestones since infancy. Crystal and Kacy are wonderful and do so much for all of the families and staff. They are understanding, compassionate, and the best to work for.

My kids have been going there for a year now and they are always coming home so happy. My 4 year old will go to school and be is devastated if his normal teacher isn’t there (he absolutely loves her) they have been very accommodating regarding their challenging behavior. We started our baby there at 2 months old and have never had a bad experience in the infant room.
The owner/director are the sweetest people ever and listens to our concerns and validates them!
I cannot recommend this place enough, our family loves it here!
